Raksha Bandhan

todd from EarthDiverse

EarthDiverse wishes everyone a most joyous Raksha Bandhan (रक्षाबन्धन), a popular annual Hindu ceremony in which sisters and brothers of all ages exchange symbolic gifts denoting protection, security and mutual care. Sisters tie a rakhi (bracelet) around the wrists of their brothers, symbolically protecting them, and brothers pledge to reciprocate. And of course, food is involved! Enjoy the day!
