boarders wanted
Hi neighbours my friend is looking at getting in boarders for her home there is 3 rooms to choose from the smallest room is going for 200 the middle sized room is going for 215 and the master bedroom is going for 230 they are all fully furnished with queen sized beds writing desks and draws for your clothes there is free wifi and the first $100 in power is free anything over and above the $100 will be split between the boarders and you supply your own food.
they would prefer someone between 30 and 50 (male) with full time employment prefered asian and of christian belief no smokers no drugs and no alcohol and no pets.
The house is right across from the chartwell mall so you have everything at your fingertips.
The house has a open fireplace a dvs system to keep the house dry in the winter and cool in the summer also has smoke detectors and a security system.

Central Hamilton businesses are welcoming police being given new powers to move on vagrants, with a city retail advocate saying the previous hands-off approach wasn’t working.
On Sunday the Government announced it would grant police powers to order any individual rough sleeping, begging, or displaying disorderly behaviour to move on.

Chiefs resist rushing Damian McKenzie back for Super Rugby Pacific final
The Chiefs are keeping Damian McKenzie on ice, with coach Jono Gibbes resisting the temptation to throw his star playmaker straight back into the fray against the Crusaders in Hamilton on Saturday night.
Having sat out the opening two rounds of the Super Rugby Pacific season on paternity leave following the birth of his first child, son, Louie, in the first week of February, McKenzie has re-joined the franchise for training this week.
