Here's an interesting fact for your Friday...

The Team from Neighbourhood Support New Zealand

New Zealand Police, and in particular 111, is increasingly contacted as the first port of call in a mental health crisis.

To make sure those who need help get it, in 2018 a dedicated helpline was established for those who are feeling overwhelmed, anxious and down. People can call or text ‘1737’ any time, day or night, to get FREE help from a trained mental health professional.

Please share so others in our community know about this life-saving helpline!

🪱🐦 When are you the most productive? 🌙🦉

The Team from Neighbourly.co.nz

The Post has been diving into our daily habits, and research suggests being an early bird or a night owl isn’t just a choice—it’s biology! We all have that specific time when our brains finally "click" into gear.

This raises a big question for the modern workplace. To get the best out of everyone, should employers accommodate our natural body clocks? This idea is at the heart of the four-day work week and flexible scheduling movements.

We want to hear from you:
1. When does your brain "click" into gear?
2. Would a flexible (or shortened) schedule change the way you work?

The law blocking a full refund for a Hamilton woman who was overcharged rates for 21 years is “illogical,” a city councillor says.

Sue Moroney was investigating the possibility of a refund to Progressive Pilates owner Sonia Lidington, who says the council still owes her thousands of dollars.
