Thames-Coromandel District Council have been served court documents over their decision not to sign a national climate change declaration.
Hauraki Coromandel Climate Action is seeking to have the decision declared unlawful and an order that it be quashed.

Full refund ‘common sense’ in two-decade rates debacle
The law blocking a full refund for a Hamilton woman who was overcharged rates for 21 years is “illogical,” a city councillor says.
