Thursdays Adults Mindfulness Art Therapy
Recharge your batteries with 9 sessions of Mindfulness Art Therapy Workshops.
Developed for adults these workshops allow you to take a break from your daily tasks and responsibilities, providing you with two hours of creativity, rest and revival.
Experiment with a wide range of mediums including paint, sculpture, writing and symbolic play.
Past participants reported that they appreciated having personal space for themselves. Others thought that they could respond better to personal challenges in their lives.
All materials are provided as part of your fee. Groups limited to 6-8 people.
