testing stations
hi there has anyone worked or know anyone that has worked for the testing stations in hamilton and do they know if its expected of them from their superiors as a rule of thumb to fail a percentage of cars that come in for wofs. this has been a urban legend since they arrived and was wondering if their was any truth in it
