Bestsellers: Nutella bliss with a twist at Oh Dutch Pancakes

What happens when you combine breakfast and dessert? According to Oh Dutch, you get a plate of warm fluffy poffertjes, or mini Dutch pancakes.

Inspired by the dessert cafés in their home town of Mumbai in India, husband and wife duo Sidhant Raval and Vaani Shah first started Oh Dutch out of a gazebo at a night market. Now, the two can be found flipping the miniature treats at their shop amongst the hustle and bustle of Made Market.

On Tuesday, the Waikato Times revealed Waikato Thoroughbred Racing’s (WTR) plans to buy 150ha of farmland south of Hamilton to house the region’s three racing clubs at a new purpose-built racecourse and event centre.
