House to Rent
House to rent:
In Matamata township, very tidy brick home, has had very recent renovations. Three bedrooms, one bathroom, separate toilet. New double glazed aluminum windows put in, slightly elevated with lovely new timber deck and built in planters. New heat pump, painted areas freshly plastered and painted. Double garage, plus one single, plus carport. Lovely, tidy grounds, close to schools and town CBD, quiet, nice street. Long term rental, would likely suit couple or family. We have tenants in at the moment who are moving towns so I will post photos when I am able to get in there, we are taking expressions of interest in this property. It will be available from Monday 11 August for move in.

Poll: Are Kiwis allergic to “exuberance”? 🥝
In The Post’s opinion piece on the developments set to open across Aotearoa in 2026, John Coop suggests that, as a nation, we’re “allergic to exuberance.”

Is it time to lean into a more optimistic view of the place we call home? As big projects take shape and new opportunities emerge, perhaps it’s worth asking whether a little more confidence (and enthusiasm!) could do us some good.
