Burglar alert
Neighbour's had gas heater stolen from verandah in night couple of days ago, had to jump a fence and undo and then they have alerted us of a guy at midnight last night, creeping up lawn approaching our house and staring into windows. Took off in car when yelled at. Be aware of any strange cars and people in area, report any suspicious activity.

Many New Zealand gardens aren’t seeing as many monarch butterflies fluttering around their swan plants and flower beds these days — the hungry Asian paper wasp has been taking its toll.
Thanks to people like Alan Baldick, who’s made it his mission to protect the monarch, his neighbours still get to enjoy these beautiful butterflies in their own backyards.
