Painters privilege

Adam from Adam's Painting

I have come to understand that the role I have as a tradesman painter is a real privilege. As people trust me to redecorate their rooms, I'm given access to a short window of opportunity in getting to understand their world, their family and how they live. It's a real privilege and one I don't hold lightly. Sometimes it feels as if I'm part of the family, like when this 6-year-old was very keen to help me paint the family ceiling. She did a great job and I'm planning to sign her up for an apprenticeship (in about 12 years time!)
