With winter here and school holidays, if you are after a reasonably priced gaming console, here's your chance. This XboxOne is about 3-4 years old, has been well looked after, and comes with the power cord and HDMI cable, as well as headphone/microphone (original XboxOne headset), but no controller. Buyer will need to purchase a controller elsewhere as we do not have one. See games as additional listings if interested, am happy to do a deal if anyone is interested in the whole package (totalling 6 games and console set). Otherwise, XboxOne and cables for $120 ONO.

One proposed solution? Small levies on industries that profit from financial hardship — like banks, casinos, and similar companies.

Derelict Tokanui Hospital site in line for a clean-up
Derelict Tokanui Hospital buildings will be demolished and contaminated land cleaned up so the site can be offered back to iwi.
The former psychiatric hospital, southeast of Te Awamutu, sits on land taken from Ngāti Maniapoto under the Public Works Act in 1910.
