Closed up Shop???

Just wondering if anyone has any info about the people who own this business. I gave them 2 devices to fix and paid $200.00 in advance (silly me) that was in December. Have been trying to call and email them since, to no avail. I've also been knocking on the door, no answer. And as of today the number that I've been calling is no longer active!!! I have been to the Police but they said that it's a Civil action blah blah that I didn't understand, so I walked out. I have a very annoyed 9 year old who is waiting for his Tablet and Phone back.
