Seeking winter donations in our Frankton SPCA Op Shop, can you help?

The Team from SPCA Hamilton - Centre & Op Shops

Got some beautiful things you're ready to part with? 🧥 Our Frankton SPCA Op Shop is preparing for the cooler months and are currently in need of winter casualwear and accessories, both men’s and women’s — think warm jackets, boots, beanies, scarves.

Our Frankton team would love to take them off your hands and help raise funds for our vulnerable animals in need while we're at it! 🐾

Drop-offs during opening hours are welcome, or give us a call if you’re unsure:
📍 Frankton – 42 Lake Road, Mon to Sun 9-5pm, 07 444 4369

Thank you for giving your pre-loved items a second life 💙

Some Choice News!

Kia pai from Sharing the Good Stuff

Many New Zealand gardens aren’t seeing as many monarch butterflies fluttering around their swan plants and flower beds these days — the hungry Asian paper wasp has been taking its toll.

Thanks to people like Alan Baldick, who’s made it his mission to protect the monarch, his neighbours still get to enjoy these beautiful butterflies in their own backyards.

Thinking about planting something to invite more butterflies, bees, and birds into your garden?

Thanks for your mahi, Alan! We hope this brings a smile!
