Poll: How do you rate your barbecuing skills?

Libby Reporter from Waikato Local

Give Hamilton student Rhys Morgan a pair of tongs and some barbecue rub and he can conjure up a meal better than most.

The 12-year-old knows his way around the barbie well enough to be the only kid to be sponsored by large American BBQ company Croix Valley.

How do you rate your barbecuing skills? Tell us your reasons in the comments (adding NFP if you don't want your words used in print).

Poll: Should the government levy industries that contribute to financial hardship?

The Team from Neighbourly.co.nz

As reported in the Post, there’s a $30 million funding gap in financial mentoring. This has led to services closing and mentors stepping in unpaid just to keep helping people in need 🪙💰🪙

One proposed solution? Small levies on industries that profit from financial hardship — like banks, casinos, and similar companies.

So we want to hear what you think:
Should the government ask these industries to contribute?
