Hamilton we need your help! We have a small group of awesome volunteers for our awesome shop but we could use some help to keep it running smoothly.
If you have 3-4 hours once a week on a regular basic, love a fun, safe place to volunteer your time come on in and have a chat.
We have shifts everyday. Come in and we can have a chat, we’ll show you around and go from there.
We are at shop 3
Five Cross Roads and we are open
9-4.30pm Monday to Friday
9-4pm Saturday
10-3pm Sunday.

As reported in the Post, there’s a $30 million funding gap in financial mentoring. This has led to services closing and mentors stepping in unpaid just to keep helping people in need 🪙💰🪙
One proposed solution? Small levies on industries that profit from financial hardship — like banks, casinos, and similar companies.

Derelict Tokanui Hospital site in line for a clean-up
Derelict Tokanui Hospital buildings will be demolished and contaminated land cleaned up so the site can be offered back to iwi.
The former psychiatric hospital, southeast of Te Awamutu, sits on land taken from Ngāti Maniapoto under the Public Works Act in 1910.
