Poll: Do you buy from Shein?

Libby Totton Reporter from Waikato Times

Raglan’s Xtreme Zero Waste is saying a firm “no thanks” to ultra-fast fashion giant Shein as poor quality fast fashion with no resale value swamps their opshop before usually ending up at the dump.

“Shein's impact is devastating for the environment, the garment workers, our community and our health,” said Xtreme’s communications lead Jemma Hovelmeier.

Do you buy from Shein? Tell us your reasons in the comments (adding NFP if you don't want your words used in print).

Libby Totton Reporter from Waikato Times

His death in July 2023 - two days after a medical appointment - sparked an investigation at Waikato Hospital and his widow says she’s still shocked at “blasé” treatment in the days before he died.
