Loud sex is okay... says Tenancy Tribunal
If you’ve ever been kept awake by your neighbours getting a little too enthusiastic between the sheets, don’t expect much help from the Tenancy Tribunal.
A recent ruling suggests that hearing your neighbours having sex may just fall under the umbrella of “everyday living” — awkward as that might be.
