Give today so no one faces cancer alone.

Cancer Society

A cancer diagnosis can wreak both an emotional and physical trauma, not only on the patient but also on their whānau and friends.

Record numbers of New Zealanders being diagnosed with cancer combined with an increase in service costs has led to The Cancer Society issuing an urgent call for help this Daffodil Day.

The Cancer Society relies on the generous support of the New Zealand public to support their free-of-charge services like accommodation, meals and transport to treatment for those facing cancer.

Please give generously this Daffodil Day, Friday 25 August and Saturday 26 August.

The Benefits of Selling in Winter

The Team from Megan Smith & Co.

Winter is a great time to sell your home! Despite its reputation for being a quiet season for selling, there are immense benefits to listing your property in the cooler months.

There’s less competition with fewer listings. Data released by The Real Estate Institute of New Zealand showed the correlation between lower listing numbers and higher average views on listings. The number of buyers searching online remains steady year-round. That means the same number of buyers are looking in winter, just with less inventory to view.

Don't wait until Spring when an influx of properties hits the market. Contact us today to arrange a property appraisal and get your house listed now while capitalising on less competition! 021796033
