'Don’t miss this special admission-free evening with guest Brazilian meditation teacher Ashirvad, featuring at the Waikato Uni’s Lady Goodfellow Chapel, Gate 1 off Knighton Rd, March 22nd.
Ashirvad will be sharing his decades of personal experience and practical advice during the 6:30 - 8:30pm two hour program, his first Hamilton visit.
Ashirvad learnt meditation from the late Indian spiritual master Sri Chinmoy and has taught meditation globally for over three decades, combining a wealth of practical techniques with many personal insights and secrets.
