Good preparation makes a good paint job
On Friday at a job for a family in Fairfield, I had a lot of sanding to do on this window sill. It had been heavily exposed to the sun, giving that crocodile peeling skin effect. A good thorough sand with the orbital sander (using p80 grit followed by p150 grit) provided a secure foundation for the subsequent paint coats.
