Life Education run learning programmes in schools throughout New Zealand with their signature mascot Harold the Giraffe. Amateur Radio Hamcram course is being run on April 18-19th at the Glenview Club. If you want to get your license this is the place to go. Instruction over the weekend then sit the exam at the end.

One proposed solution? Small levies on industries that profit from financial hardship — like banks, casinos, and similar companies.
