If you google Ezywash it will show you better information. This one is missing it's handle, but you just spin the whole thing, which is easy. This model does not have the tap at the bottom, but you just drain it through the top which means you don't have to wait whilst it does it itself. These are great for camping, or for really dirty wash that you don't want to put in your regular washing machine. Uses less laundry detergent than normal and they are pressurised, when you screw up the lid. A very successful wash, rinse, but not an electric spinner! I sometimes finish off in my big machine on spinner only. Very good if you just have a medium to small load wash but urgent, or for the winter wool socks etc to go in a different load. As I have two of these, I do not have a purpose for this one any more. Keeps the power bill down.
I am on the road for a job, so it is possible I could meet in a Hamilton car park, otherwise pick up is near Tauwhare Pa. I could maybe do my shopping in Cambridge and meet there but at my convenience. And not a personal delivery to your door. I can tell you more detail in how to use it, upon purchase. This course provides participants with the background necessary to make sense of the news and to understand the science behind the climate change debate. We’ll also discuss how climate change deniers and conspiracy theorists use facts to undermine the truth of our current situation here on Planet Earth.

This course is targeted for every person on the planet who is curious and wants to learn something new or a new way to think about our planet. This class is not for scientists. Suitable for anyone in high school to 90+.

Delivered as eight weekly 1.5-hour live interactive sessions via Zoom, or as video recorded sessions posted 1-2 days after each class.

Instructor: This course is taught by Shifra Gassner, MA. For the last five years, Shifra has been teaching a class called Earth Space Science to high school students in Iowa, USA. During this time she has honed in on what exactly a person needs in order to understand what is happening in the world right now in terms of global climate change. Many adults have asked about the subject matter she teaches. Only recently has Earth Science been taught at a high school level and a person may or may not have taken an Earth Science class while at University. What Shifra teaches is what a lot of people missed along the way during their formal education years. She feels strongly that with knowledge comes power and the motivation to act. She has taught many different levels and subjects over the past 20 years. She loves teaching science, especially the nature and process of science and loves nature. She spends a lot of her time outdoors painting landscapes whenever she can.

The difference between Lined and Unlined curtains

Robert Anderson from Curtain Clean Hamilton

Curtains are an essential part of every home’s decor. And having the right curtains can be the last piece to the puzzle - the furnishing that makes the room, while having the wrong ones . . . well, no one wants to look at bad curtains.

When given an option, should the curtains be lined or non-lined? What are the differences? We'll find out in this article.

Lined curtains, as the name would suggest, have a supplemental lining on the inside of the curtain. This lining can be multifunctional so it’s best to consider what you want to achieve with your curtains.

Sometimes the lining is simply for decoration, giving the curtain a bit of depth and extra weight, perhaps offering a splash of colour to offset the primary colour of the curtain.

More often than not, they are often designed to be noise cancelling, heat insulating, or fully light blocking, among other things. If for example, you’re planning your living room to also be a fully functional home entertainment centre, 100% blackout - lined curtains would be your best bet.

Lined curtains offer better privacy due to the extra thickness of the fabric. They often have extended lifetime compared to unlined curtains due solely to the lining preventing the fabric from fading.

Unlined curtains, on the other hand, have their own advantages.

They are both lighter and airier making them perfect for rooms that have either smaller or fewer windows and a tendency to remain dark.

They allow natural sunlight to fill the chosen area while still providing privacy to the homeowner. This has the added benefit of reducing the potential need for electrical light and thus ultimately reducing one’s electric bill.

Another perk is that unlined curtains cost less than lined curtains on average and so are a more affordable solution. The reduced amount of fabric used for unlined curtains also means that they attract less dust than lined curtains, which in turn creates fewer risks for those with allergies.

They are washing machine-friendly which is huge in itself. You will save both time and money avoiding dry cleaning.

Lastly, for those people who enjoy changing the appearance of the room frequently, unlined curtains are easier to hang or take down and store, and with their reduced costs, infinite combinations are possible.

Whether choosing lined or unlined curtains, the fact remains that curtains are the one element that pulls a room together. Both options have their pros and cons so homeowners must consider what purpose the curtains will be fulfilled before making their purchase.
