hi there neighbours i have a young friend that has just got back into the country and will be looking for somewhere to stay so he can start work, he is a night worker so you wont have to worry about feeding him long term would be good but short term will be appreciated as well.makes good money so paying his way isnt a problem

Derelict Tokanui Hospital site in line for a clean-up
Derelict Tokanui Hospital buildings will be demolished and contaminated land cleaned up so the site can be offered back to iwi.
The former psychiatric hospital, southeast of Te Awamutu, sits on land taken from Ngāti Maniapoto under the Public Works Act in 1910.
