The push up line is a killer! Designed purely to test your spirit. Prepare for this by not only working on your push-ups but also on getting to your feet and back down smoothly and without using your knees. My advice is do not wait to start working on this. You cannot achieve the fitness necessary for this in three months. Blue belts - start the process now so you can build up to it.

Grant Kilby has always loved camping. His mum was director of health at the YMCA, and he would attend YMCA camps in the school holidays. “I think it was mandatory that I was there,” he jokes.
He went on camping holidays with his parents, and later, took his own kids.
