just a reminder of how important travel insurance is, anything can happen at any time just look at the fuel situation, I was lucky enough to get back to New Zealand from Vietnam last weekend not so lucky for some colleagues who decided to stay on a few days and to my knowledge are still trying to get home.

Derelict Tokanui Hospital site in line for a clean-up
Derelict Tokanui Hospital buildings will be demolished and contaminated land cleaned up so the site can be offered back to iwi.
The former psychiatric hospital, southeast of Te Awamutu, sits on land taken from Ngāti Maniapoto under the Public Works Act in 1910.
