Put their name forward. I've just nominated the Conductive Education Centre at Woodstock School. I believe that the work they do is absolutely wonderful and I'm sure they would benefit from a grant if they were lucky enough to get one.

One proposed solution? Small levies on industries that profit from financial hardship — like banks, casinos, and similar companies.
