Two senior Waikato Māori leaders say politicians can expect some very heated kōrero directed towards them at Waitangi on Wednesday.
A pōwhiri for politicians is set to get underway at 11am on the Upper Treaty Grounds ahead of Thursday’s Waitangi Day celebrations.

Drone ‘incident’ during Balloons Over Waikato landing
A pilot taking part in Balloons Over Waikato had an incident with a drone in Hamilton on Tuesday morning.
The incident happened while the balloon was landing at Wake Park, near Aberdeen School in Dinsdale.
