Which two Waikato districts do you think bucked the trend?
Just two districts within Waikato bucked the trend for falling house prices over the last quarter, according to the latest QV House Price Index.
In their latest snapshot of the housing market, QV revealed just Taupō and Hauraki District saw property values increase, up 1.5% and 1.1% respectively.
