Signature Required Parcels just left in Letterboxes !

Davina from Frankton

Frankton/Lake Area
BEWARE! Aramex/NZ Post are just leaving 'Signature Required' parcels in letterboxes. I was expecting something expensive and after checking the tracking, it stated it had been delivered! I work from home every day and in full view of the front door - no one came to my house. I raced to the letterbox - nothing. Lodged complaint, driver admitted leaving in letterbox - SIGNATURE REQUIRED !!@ And now the fight begins to get my money back, and the sender having lost the item/value also.

Where is the responsibility when we pay for a service? I hope others are all lodging complaints too - I am taking this issue to FAIR GO now as I have had to also fork out for parcel after parcel being left in letterboxes and stolen - even though they are sent 'Signature Required' and no effort to even go to the house.
This industry needs to be held accountable. This is absolutely negligent and totally irresponsible when they ALL KNOW letterboxes are being raided/courier vans followed etc - this shows absolutely no regard for peoples items.

The Team from Neighbourly.co.nz

There's only a few differences between our larger chain supermarkets here in New Zealand. Having someone bag your groceries is one of them.

Does having your groceries packed for you at the checkout influence where you do your grocery shop? If so, tell us why.

What do you think of the Waipā district financial situation?

Libby Totton Reporter from Waikato Times

Double-digit rate rises look likely for Waipā District as financial headwinds turn into what the mayor calls “a bit of a tornado”.

That was Susan O’Regan’s take in the wake of a workshop which put finances under the microscope. Elected members were asked to give direction on the financial strategy for the council’s nine-year Long Term Plan, due to be adopted in June.

What do you think of the Waipā district financial situation? Tell us your thoughts in the comments (adding NFP if you don't want your words used in print).
