Urgent found cat

URGENT: Please share!
This elderly neutered male cat has been taken into CareVets Chartwell today by a member of public. He is not microchipped or wearing a collar, but has been desexed. We do not know exactly where he was found, but we need to find an owner ASAP.

Paula Southgate said she wants to pull the increase back towards the originally proposed 16.3%, which would be challenging but could make a $100-a-year difference for the average Hamilton home.
