Hamilton casts off coronavirus shackles
Hi everyone,
The city is gearing up for what will be the first major public gathering since lockdown when the Chiefs face off against the Blues on June 20.
Hamilton City Council general manager of venues, tourism and events Sean Murray predicted about 20,000 people would flock to FMG Stadium Waikato for the match.
Restaurants, bars and cafes are also fizzing after physical distancing rules were relaxed.
How are you finding alert level 1? And will you be in the stands come June 20?
