Would renown well-tried program and materials to work through at your pace to improve your leadership and communication skills. Go online to find a Club at a time and place to suit www.toastmasters.org... There are several Clubs in Hamilton and surrounding districts. I have never regretted joining and mading lots of new friends as a great bonus!
