Clutha District Council is reviewing the situation 9am Friday.
Hard to believe that it was 33 degrees in Balclutha yesterday, and probably in the low digits today. But we live in an extreme part of the world here in the south; though Buller/Nelson copping it too. Batten down the hatches I say.
