Because Life after Labour shouldn't be hard
To all mum's to-be, I am sure you know that life immediately after birth can become quite difficult and emotional, this does not have to be the case. I am a mum of 4 and I can categorically tell you, the emotional roller coaster that sets in a day or so after birth doesn't have to happen, and you can prevent it. No baby blues, no mood swings, only good breast milk production, good energy and feeling vitalized.
