Feilding advocate to be etched into Timona Park history
Hey neighbours,
The late Gill Absolon was the driving force behind the Timona Park Orchard Trust in Feilding and mastermind behind the transformation of the park's wetland and bush area. Her vision turned an overrun wasteland at the public park into a small forest of fruit trees for everyone to enjoy. Later, it became an outdoor education centre.

Harrier Hawk 0823
Harrier Hawks seem to have flight routines. It was not uncommon to see one flying southwards over Burn St from the Roslyn Rd area as this one was doing. I often wondered if it was always the same hawk but anyway I've not seen it happen recently.
