Hi,
About three weeks ago I took on a cat that lived in Palmy with a man. But unfortunately this man is no longer able to take care of her ( hence I got the cat )The cat is a female black fixed Burmese, but she came with a bad left eye and its blind and weepy, so yesterday I took her to my vet to have her eye checked. My vet said she has what is called a Feline Corneal Sequestrum and it needs to be fixed. There are two options, the first is cut out the growth that's causing the weeping and blindness, but there is no guaranty that this would work and it could grow back or to simply have the eye removed. I have been advised to have the eye removed cats can live happily with just one eye. My problem is I cannot afford all the costs for this so I am looking for some kind loving persons for donations into my vet account to help with a large vet bill. As we only have one benefit to live on. I have been told it will cost around $700 up to around $1,000 or so. I do have a small amount saved in the account to go towards the cost off $200. Please if you can help I would be most great full and so will Jet ( Cat ).
The account details are as follows
Reference = Jet Levin Horo Vets
ACC = 02-0668-0205081-00
If you want to check that this is true please feel free to ring the Horowhenua Vets on 06-3682891 my name on their accounts is Sharron Bridson and the cat is Jet
I will hopefully have a picture put up tomorrow she has gone into hiding for the day and wont come out till bed time lol that is when I will take a picture.
Thank you very very much to those who are donating
