I have a lovely sleep-out/studio available for rent. Prefer a mature person who would be willing to help with occasional outdoor jobs with rent negotiable. Lovely quiet street close to town in Foxton. Semi Furnished, very nice kitchen, shower and toilet. Fridge and comfy couch/bed. Look forward to providing a nice safe space for someone in time for Christmas.
