What you need to know:
- Palmerston North Police are seeking information from the public following a firearms incident.
- The incident took place outside a hotel on Rangitikei Street, near King Street, on Sunday 3 December.
- It's believed a number of shots were discharged at or near a group of men outside the bar around 1am.
- Police responded and stopped a group of men nearby, locating two .22 calibre firearms in their vehicle, however we are satisfied that these are not the same firearms that were discharged at the hotel.
