It was a very successful week of marketing with enquiries coming from Auckland all the way down to Invercargill, who knew Woodville was soo popular! 🤷♀️
A total of 13 offers were presented to the owners on Wednesday night so there are definitely still buyers in the market - investors, and owner-occupiers.

Thanks to people like Alan Baldick, who’s made it his mission to protect the monarch, his neighbours still get to enjoy these beautiful butterflies in their own backyards.
