Sanson Community Market Temporary Closure due to Covid-19
Due to the Governments decision to close all major events and general ongregations of more than 500 people, across the board, the Sanson Community Market Management team and the Community Committee have, with the deepest of regret. decided on temporarily closing its Iconic Sunday Sanson Community Market until the end of April. At this time, they will review the temporary closure against Government edict.
Please note that we do this for the sake of our Stallholders, who, on the whole, are over the threshold and, as such, mostly elderly. To this, we are not willing to place them, or others at risk and as such this decision was voted on and is now being implemented.
I will keep you appraised on further developments as we get closer to the end of April period. I will not be accepting any further casual bookings until this threat is well and truly in hand.

Note: Any stalls open onsite and trading, will be answerable to the Market, or the Sanson Community Committee, the leaseholders, for the Junction Motel carpark and/or the Hotel tarmac area. Fines for the amount of the leasse will be attriuted to those in violation of this.
Feilding Repair Cafe
The first Feilding Repair CAFE for 2026 is on Saturday Feb 21 from 10am until noon. The last fix is taken at 11.45am.
We are a team of specialist volunteers who will assess and possibly mend your broken household and garden items. If you can carry or wheel it in we're willing to have a look and see what can be done. Items made of wood, metal, plastic, fabric, ceramic, paper are all considered - we also have a knife and tool sharpener and a jeweler available.
