If you have a long-term condition, or are caring for someone with one, why not come along to our next My Health myself course?
Join a friendly group for a two and half our session once a week for six weeks. Have some laughs, eat some nibbles, and talk about a wide range of topics that can help you manage your health, including: Sleep, healthy eating, physical activity, problem solving, relationships, communication, and many others. Help others by sharing your knowledge and experience while learning new skills and getting up-to-date health information.
