Garage Sale Sat 7 Sept: Carterton Indoor Pool Project Fundraiser
The Carterton Indoor Pool Project team are extremely grateful to three local community groups helping to raise funds to upgrade the indoor pool facility.
THIS SATURDAY the The Carrington Bowling Club are combining with the Project team and are holding a garage sale. Do you have any surplus items at home that you would like to contribute to the fundraiser?
Unfortunately, we aren’t able to accept any books or clothing, as these items are not great sellers.
Please drop any items you have into the bowling club (behind CENTRAL ITM) or if you prefer the bowling club can arrange to have these items collected. Contact Ray: rmbeale@xtra.co.nz.
Also thank you to the Carterton Central Lions who are holding their annual Charity Breakfast at the Rugby Club this Sunday to raise money for the pool.
And a further thank you to Rotary Carterton for supporting the Project with proceeds from their annual Quiz night being held on Friday 11 October at the Carterton Events Centre.

We want to know: As the world evolves, what skills do you think give a CV the ultimate edge in a robot-filled workplace?
