2007 Kawasaki Versys for sale

Jim from Greytown

Well loved and used motorcycle with the expected marks and dings for a vehicle of its age. There are a couple of scuffs under the handle bars on the right fairing upper (don't leave your gloves jammed under the bars when moving your bike) and a small dent in the top of the tank where a jar fell off a shelf above the bike in the garage during the Kaikoura earthquake. Always garaged and covered. Great fun in the twisties and an all day comfortable tourer. 2 sets of keys as well as spare barrels and keys for the panniers.

Serviced every 6 months or 5000kms at Langlands in Masterton.
Comes with the following add-ons and upgrades:
Givi V35 panniers.
YSS Rear Shock, sprung for 100kg. Should cover rider and luggage.
Handguards with integrated indicators.
Rear tyre hugger.
Smoke front windscreen.
New front brake discs and braided brake lines.
New pattern Kawasaki mirrors. They don't shake and vibrate like the original square ones.
Swingarm spools for a workshop stand.
Kawasaki frame sliders.
Aftermarket alloy handlebars with cross brace. Much nicer than the stock Kawasaki flexisteel ones.

Recent service items:
New Coil, stator and regulator/rectifier.
New battery.
Fork oil replaced.

Rear tyre on the way out, front tyre still good. Bridgestone Battleax S22 front and rear.

Poll: Should the government levy industries that contribute to financial hardship?

The Team from Neighbourly.co.nz

As reported in the Post, there’s a $30 million funding gap in financial mentoring. This has led to services closing and mentors stepping in unpaid just to keep helping people in need 🪙💰🪙

One proposed solution? Small levies on industries that profit from financial hardship — like banks, casinos, and similar companies.

So we want to hear what you think:
Should the government ask these industries to contribute?
