Small, local businesses can advertise for free on Neighbourly.

should take you to the area in the Neighbourly site, where you can set up for free, a business listing in the Upper Hutt neighbourhood. Just click on the BLUE BAR
+ADD YOUR BUSINESS
If you wish your listing to appear outside the your local neighbourhood, then you would have to pay to become a premium business. That option is also available via the top left hand corner of the page link.
Having set up and introduced your new business, people could refer back to the business section if the need to later on.

Many New Zealand gardens aren’t seeing as many monarch butterflies fluttering around their swan plants and flower beds these days — the hungry Asian paper wasp has been taking its toll.
Thanks to people like Alan Baldick, who’s made it his mission to protect the monarch, his neighbours still get to enjoy these beautiful butterflies in their own backyards.
