Whatsmyhousevalue.co.nz is a free website providing estimates through real estate agents. Algorithms don’t see value in important things such as views, parking, extra garaging, gardens, etc. Emotional buyers will bring you more money. An experienced agent can help identify these and provide you with a written current market appraisal (CMA) based on your individual property.

Would anyone have pallets we can use to build her a shelter from the rain? Our chickens won't let her into the coop, unfortunately...so she is out in the weather (nice when it isn't rainy but miserable when it does rain). The pallets don't have to be in great shape - just anything we can put together to shield her. Thank you!
