Warmer weather is upon us and water consumption in Featherston and Greytown has increased dramatically.
Left unchecked, we will need to implement further water restrictions soon, possibly by the end of the month.
Our water demand monitoring clearly indicates that our available supply will struggle throughout summer.
Let’s restrict our water use to prevent moving to the next level of restrictions!
In the meantime we are focusing on water leak detection and repairs.
Let’s work together to enjoy a sustainable summer.
