Masterton Toastmasters Meetings
Join Masterton Toastmasters online ZOOM meetings while lockdown is on! The next meeting is Tuesday 28th April. May meetings are the 12th & 26th May. After lockdown meetings are held every second Tuesday at the Salvation Army Room, 210 High Street , Carterton at 7.30pm. This is a service group that you can join to develop speaking, listening and communication skills in a supportive friendly environment. Many New Zealand gardens aren’t seeing as many monarch butterflies fluttering around their swan plants and flower beds these days — the hungry Asian paper wasp has been taking its toll.
Thanks to people like Alan Baldick, who’s made it his mission to protect the monarch, his neighbours still get to enjoy these beautiful butterflies in their own backyards.
