Kia ora - Literacy Wairarapa close down from Friday 20th December and re-open on Monday 13th January 2020. If you would like help to improve your reading, writing or maths please give us a call. We work with Adult learners 16 years and over who have not achieved NCEA Level2. We can also assist people in the workplace who would like to improve their digital literacy, health and safety awareness or just general literacy. Our services are Free. Has anybody got a concrete or water filled hand roller that they don't need anymore. I'm putting down a new lawn and need it to compact the dirt down.

Many New Zealand gardens aren’t seeing as many monarch butterflies fluttering around their swan plants and flower beds these days — the hungry Asian paper wasp has been taking its toll.
Thanks to people like Alan Baldick, who’s made it his mission to protect the monarch, his neighbours still get to enjoy these beautiful butterflies in their own backyards.
