Very tidy 1400 cc automatic hatchback.
Been in our family since bought from Braders Carcourt in 2002. Regularly serviced. Current WOF expires 10/10/19 Rego expires 5/09/19. Owned by our old aunt up until 6 years ago. Only selling as its no longer needed. Has a tow bar. Aprox 231 000 kms on the clock and still very good to drive. Has no issues.
Builder Wanted or seeking builder (LBP).
We are looking for a semi-retired builder or solo LBP to supervise / co-work with me while I undertake an extension project as a self-build . Rates to be negotiated prior to commencement. Currently in the design stage at present with Architect. I have experience from past house builds so not a raw beginner, both in design and construction.
