New Bus Stop Location Masterton- Palmerston bus
The Tranzit Coachlines Masterton to Palmerston North bus service now leaves from, and arrives, at the bus stop outside Aratoi: Museum of Art and History on Bruce Street Masterton.
This new bus stop is right next door to the Masterton i-SITE Visitor Information Centre - you can buy your bus tickets here too! In fact we’re the sole Wairarapa place to make InterCity bus bookings. Come in - we're open from 8.30am Monday to Friday and 10am Saturday and Sunday.

As reported in the Post, there’s a $30 million funding gap in financial mentoring. This has led to services closing and mentors stepping in unpaid just to keep helping people in need 🪙💰🪙
One proposed solution? Small levies on industries that profit from financial hardship — like banks, casinos, and similar companies.

Featherston Memorial RSA: Music Quiz this Friday
The Featherston Memorial RSA’s next quiz is being hosted by the Featherston Vinyl Club this Friday 20th February.
Put a team together, test your musical knowledge and support the upkeep of the building, and new equipment for the Vinyl Club.

Builder Wanted or seeking builder (LBP).
We are looking for a semi-retired builder or solo LBP to supervise / co-work with me while I undertake an extension project as a self-build . Rates to be negotiated prior to commencement. Currently in the design stage at present with Architect. I have experience from past house builds so not a raw beginner, both in design and construction.
